Feature : Add Color Option for Tooltips

This idea suggests adding colors to tooltips so users can choose how they look. We could create classes like ```hint--{color}``` to make tooltips background in given color, making it easy for developers to use different colors in the app. This will make the app look nicer and be more accessible to everyone.
