Verify Cell Membrane Potential Propogates Correctly

The cell membrane potential currently is being recorded at the soma, 3 points along the trunk, and in the center of the tuft of an active cell on active_cell_sim_lfp_membrane_voltage.ipynb. There is clear leakage on the trunk, as expected, but is it leaking too much?

In addition, is there additional impedance on the synapse inputs? The LFP does not appear to spike nearly as much as the passive cell. This is related to #9 and therefore being marked as high priority.
