Allow a default UUID public-view as home page

In order that for installation we don't need to add a custom home page could you add an options in the configuration file that allows to specify a public home page UUID (and optionally revision)

Like that after the end of the installation it should just work.

Start by locating the installation configuration file and the entry point that selects the public home page. Trace how the home page UUID is currently chosen, including whether a revision is supported. Done means an installation can specify a public home-page UUID, optionally with a revision, and work without a custom home page.
