Add the larmor frequency to the multiplet data copied to clipboard

Description
For re-processing of multiplet we need to know the Larmor frequency (to get the J's in Hz when having the scale in ppm).
Probably just adding it at : https://github.com/cheminfo/nmr-displayer/blob/b7f670ebcb5beb235416fd7561c7467d2d94c66b/src/component/panels/SpectrumsPanel/SpectrumListPanel.jsx#L219
