Description
Currently STOCSY and BOXPLOT are displayed on all the spectra.
We need to find a way to export / stocsy and boxplot on selected spectra. I think the filters should always be applied on all the spectra but the other features should be only applied on the selected spectra.
Hide / show spectra should apply on all the spectra but we should not loose selection if possible.
On the right of the header we can display the number of selected spectra as well
