There could be one file that corresponds to a filter

Example: Apodization

Need:
- a component for the left icon
- a component to edit LB on the top bar
- a component to display the current settings in the list of processing panel
- a component to edit the setting in the list of processing panel
- a function that accepts Spectrum1D -> Spectrum1D ?
- a function that allows to preview the result
