Add filter integral-transform

We would like to propose to researchers to be able to easily add their own filters in NMRium.

We will add a header in the filter panel that allows to add new filters.

The first new filter will be 'ml-integral-transform'

Like other filters they can be applied on 1D, 2D, FID or FT files and actually all the existing filters should be available from this menu as well.

Ideally all the existing filters should also be available from this menu and we should have a way to enter and edit parameters. I guess a basic form generated from a JSON could be enough in this case.
