Reedition of pseudovoigt peaks should display the former value

Description
This is an experimental feature and you need in the settings to activate this option. You need also in the peak panel option add the column 'mu'.
When optimizing peaks of type pseudovoigt we change the 'mu' value but reediting the peak still display the default '0.5' value instead of the last optimized value.
