Convert java code to javascript

Seems relatively easy. However I wonder how to put back the atoms in the cell and what is the expected behaviour.

Read CellGen.java and CellSymetries.java at the linked source URLs, then review the crystallographic references listed in the issue. Before implementation, clarify how atoms should be placed in the cell and what behavior the JavaScript version must preserve; done means those expectations are documented and the conversion can be verified against them.
