how can we make references to an ontology more explicit in typescript

- In JSON-LD we have the `@context` I do not know about something like this in typescript
- I currently do this somewhat implicitly in the comments, for example with references to the chemistry methods ontology, but in the comments alone it is not of much use, we would need to have this in the JSON-LD
- I do not about a converter that does this automatically
