Research direction

Start with the Windows uninstall section at https://docs.chef.io/uninstall/. Review the existing Chef Infra Client instructions and add PowerShell commands covering the scheduled task, service, and Chef Infra Client uninstall; done means users can complete removal without the Add/Remove Programs GUI.
