Description

Right now our docs at https://docs.chef.io/install_server_pre.html#ntp talk about installing the ntpd daemon, but this has been replaced in modern systemd systems. We need docs that focus on timedatectl for those systems.

Research direction

Open the NTP section at https://docs.chef.io/install_server_pre.html#ntp and compare its ntpd instructions with the requested timedatectl guidance for modern systemd systems. Update the Chef server installation documentation for RHEL 7 so it focuses on timedatectl, then verify the rendered section no longer presents ntpd as the modern approach.
