Description

https://docs.chef.io/server/server_backup_restore/

It looks like chef-server-ctl backup backs up to /tmp and THEN moves to /var/opt/chef-backup. This would have been helpful to know when we had to move disk space around.

Research direction

Start with the backup and restore page at https://docs.chef.io/server/server_backup_restore/ and search the documentation for chef-server-ctl backup and /var/opt/chef-backup. Verify the backup location workflow, then clarify the temporary /tmp usage and final destination so readers can plan disk space. Done when the page accurately explains where space is consumed during backup.
