Description

As a Chef Infra Server admin
I want to know that Chef Infra Server releases are regression free
So that I can upgrade without concern for my business

As a Chef Infra Server developer
I want to know if changes in the current channel introduce regressions
So that I can quickly release without manual testing

Expand our Umbrella test coverage so that we have confidence we are releasing high quality product without the need for costly manual validation.
