Description

Right now it is impossible to see which user has admin rights to a given organisation.

This was originally reported as https://github.com/chef/chef-manage-issues/issues/50 by @runningman84. It has been moved here since chef-server-ctl falls under the chef server and not manage.

Research direction

Start by locating the chef-server-ctl entry point and reviewing the original chef-server-manage issue linked in the description. Determine how organisation administration is represented and where command output is defined; done means the CLI reports which users have admin rights for a given organisation.
