Description
I see templates are used for metadata.rb, README, etc. for the cookbook generator, however, I'm not sure how to specify author_name, *email, licence, etc. Is there any way to read those from knife.rb?

Research direction
Start by tracing the cookbook generator and its templates for metadata.rb and README, then inspect how knife.rb configuration is read. Confirm which author_name, email, and license values are available and define done as generating the corresponding cookbook metadata and documentation from knife.rb when it exists, while preserving current behavior otherwise.
