Description
### Problem I have
The Mastodon web interface as well as several other clients like Tusky have the option to show only Notifications of a particular type.
In particular I like to use these filters to hide Notifications about Polls and Likes, while still being able to see Boosts etc.
### Solution I'd like
Give the user the possibility to select which notification types to show, optionally with a "All" setting to quickly switch between the selection and everything.
