Description
**Describe the bug**
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
- Which site: `phanpy.social`
- Which site version: `2024.08.31.1b8ab47`
- Which instance: [eldritch.cafe](https://eldritch.cafe/)
**To Reproduce**
1. In Mastodon Preferences -> Appearance
2. Set Media display to "Always show media"
3. See a post with Sensitive Content.
There is no way to hide the sensitive content without filtering the post (which seemingly can't be done on Phanpy? but that's a separate issue...)

**Expected behaviour**
Content appears, but I should still have the option to hide the content.

This is the behaviour on my instance's home web interface, glitch.soc.
**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- Browser: `Firefox 131.0 (64-bit)`

Research direction
Reproduce the issue using the listed Mastodon Appearance setting and a post marked as sensitive. Trace the sensitive-content media controls in the frontend and how the "Always show media" preference is handled. Done means sensitive content appears by default while still offering an option to hide it.
