List auto update like home/notification timelines

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I cannot find a way to get lists to show the 'new posts' pop-up to tell me when new posts are available in the list. I find myself scrolling down, then back up to pull the latest posts into my lists.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like it if there was a way (or told how to set this up) such that lists will tell me when there are new posts (and/or auto-refresh per the auto refresh timeline posts feature) so I can better stay on top of my feeds.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I scroll down, then back up the list column to trigger an update/refresh of each of my lists.
