Move "New Posts" indicator to where the "Home" title is

I think the new post indicator should be moved up so it doesn't obscure any of the posts. There were have been several times where I've been trying to read the top post in my feed without loading new posts, because that would mean I have to find that post again, but it's obscured by the new post indicator.

Clicking on the "Home" header just seems to scroll to the top of the feed so it seems natural to have the new post indicator there because tapping on it would do the same thing.


Start from the Home feed UI and locate the current new-post indicator and the Home title that scrolls to the top. Reproduce the overlap shown in the issue, then move the indicator to the Home title area while preserving its ability to reveal new posts. Done means the top post is no longer obscured and the indicator still performs the expected navigation.
