Description
Under macOS and iOS, there is a built-in setting that allows the replacement of quotes, and dashes for "curly" quotes, ndashes, and mdashes. That, of course, isn't available on Windows (I am not so sure on this one, because I don't use Windows), nor Linux. Would it be possible to have Phanpy handle those instead?
