Profile image flickering/clipping issue

**Describe the bug**
There's a flickering/clipping issue with profile images on mobile.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to profile page (on mobile)
2. See profile image

**Expected behavior**
The profile image should be clipped correctly and not flickering.

*Clarifying note: I happen to scroll in the video but flickering will happen regardless of scroll

- Device: iPhone 12
- OS: iOS 17.5.1
- Browser: Chrome (PWA)
- Version: 125.0.6422.80

**Additional context**
This issue has been present for a while (several months), but I'm finally getting around to opening an issue now.

I've only seen this issue show up on my phone (as far as I can recall), which is specifically installed as a PWA (via "Add to Home Screen" action in Chrome).
