all-lowercase hashtag suggested when trying to use CamelCase

Description
**Describe the bug**
When I try to enter an existing hashtag in CamelCase, the suggestion is in all lowercase. Especially on mobile, it is very hard to dismiss the suggestion, so this is working against my effort to use an accessible hashtag.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Compose a toot
2. Type a hashtag in CamelCase
3. Observe the suggestion
**Expected behavior**
Phanpy should leave the capitalization that I typed (or even prefer the capitalized version, maybe a setting for this).
