The author of a post could be styled to make clearer

When looking at a post, the author and the text of the post are using the same font, making it harder to tell them apart.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I'd like the text that is the authors name to be in a different front from the body of the post, separated by whitespace, or otherwise made visually clearly distinct.

The issue does not name a file, component, or test. Start by locating the post-rendering view and its styles, then compare the author name with the post body; done means the author is visually distinct through typography, spacing, or another clear treatment without reducing readability.
