Use *key quote boosts when quote boosting on Phanpy

Now that Phanpy has an quote boosting feature, it, however doesn't support using the *key quote boosting when using an *key instance. Instances not using *key should not have this changed due to not natively supporting quote boosts.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The solution I would like is using *key's version of quote boosting, as it displays the quote boost properly on other *key instances.

- Using Phanpy's normal quote boosting.
