Pinned post icon is easily confused with the liked icon

Pinned posts appear with a red pin icon on the upper right corner. At a glance, this can be easily confused with the red heart displayed in the same place for liked posts.

Change the colour of the pinned posts icon to something else.

Hiding it completely might also be an option, since the position and layout of the pinned posts in a profile usually identifies them well enough; except when a profile has only one pinned posts.
