Blocked users still show up in quoted posts

Blocked users' posts still show up when quoted by others who are not blocked.

**To Reproduce**
1. Block User A for posting offensive content
2. Come across User B's post with a link to User A's post
3. See A's quoted post

**Expected behavior**
I shouldn't see A's post because I've blocked them.

Start by reproducing the issue on phanpy.social with the carfree.city instance: block User A, then open User B's post quoting A. Trace the quoted-post rendering and the existing blocked-user handling; done means A's quoted post is hidden while the rest of B's post remains visible.
