"Filter" hashtag from hashtag's page

I don't see a way to filter/block a hashtag within Phanpy.

As a user, I'd like to be able to filter/block a hashtag from within Phanpy. Suggested:

1. Click on hashtag to go to that hashtag's page.
2. Click on the menu button at top-right.
3. Find a "filter/block" option under "Follow", which will either
- Create a new server filter for that hashtag (see trunks.social on web and Android), or
- Add a new keyword to an existing app-specific server filter (see Fedilab, on Android)
