Move Show all sensitive content out of the menu

When reading a long thread where all posts are hidden it's a chore to show them all manually. You look for a way to open all automatically, but the Show all… option is hidden in the menu in the top right corner, and easy to not notice.


**Describe the solution you'd like**
Move this option out of the menu, and just show it as an eye to the left of the menu is my wish :)
