Show boosted replies in original thread instead of boosts

Boosted replies currently appear context-free in the boosts carousels. Often these boosts are only understandable in the context of the original thread, and require a click to find out what it was.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

I would like to see the boosted replies in the thread, along with the original author's posts. Typically the author is aiming to share a contribution to that discussion, so this would seem to match their intent better than the current approach.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

I have not. This is just an idea, and I can't immediately think of others.

At present they are next to each other, but this will likely change as more posts are made. They've already switched positions.
