More header minimalism opportunity

Have a look at my header. I finally took the time to poke around in the "shortcuts/columns" menu item and it's brilliant. Now I have the things I *always* want to have one click away in easy reach. If you added the opportunity to add the little hamburger menu to that row across the top, you could then lose ordinary top row, with hamburger / **Home** / bell

This is just a raw uncooked idea, but I do think that I've made the top of my screen a little cluttered now, which seems against the spirit of Phanpy.
