[feature request] show delete button on non-selected toot

Description
(I searched the issues for "delete" but didn't find anything relevant, apologies if this is a duplicate.)
The `🗑️ Delete...` button is shown in the ellipsis menu on one of my toots when it's selected (1), but not another of my toots in the thread (2), and not my toots on a timeline (3).
Is the idea to prevent accidental deletions? But there is already a confirmation when clicking delete. IMO, it would be useful to show the delete button in the menu in all three contexts.
