Description
The web frontend of Pleroma has a handy feature that allows you to highlight posts made by specified accounts. This is configured when viewing a user's profile, allowing choices like changing the background color of a card or a stripe along the outside of the card. It helps those user's toots stand out when scrolling through the timeline.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the profile view and the timeline post-card rendering, then trace how user preferences are stored. Done means a user can choose highlighting for specified accounts and those accounts' posts are visibly distinguished while scrolling the timeline.
