[Feature] When only one shortcut is present, skip the shortcut menu

**Describe the feature**

If the person only has one shortcut set, the Shortcuts button would be replaced by that shortcut, instead of opening a menu.

**Additional context**

Right now it seems that we are forcing the person to click one extra time if they just want to have one shortcut (for example a certain hashtag).

I think we could even use the logo/icon for that certain shortcut, instead of the thunderbolt.
