Can't scroll down after scrolling left to read threaded replies

**Describe the bug**

When reading a set of multiple replies that causes the threaded replies to so far off to the right that you need to scroll horizontally it becomes impossible to scroll up or down. You have to scroll all the way to the left and then touch the left most side of the screen to scroll down or up again.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Here's an example thread this happens on. https://merveilles.town/@csepp/111400344314630195

Open all the replies to the replies of it. On the comment that has 26 replies the bug occurs.

This happens on any thread with replies above 10 or so.

**Expected behavior**

To always be able to scroll down even if you scroll horizontally. Alternatively it'd be best if you didnt have to scroll horizontally ever like how Voyager for Lemmy handles huge reply threads.
