Elements disappear and reappear while scrolling

**Describe the bug**
Occasionally, various interface elements (the title bar text as well as posts) disappear while I’m scrolling. I’m not sure exactly how to trigger this, but it happens pretty reliably if I simply scroll through the feed a while, then leave the web app and return to it later. I’m using phanpy.social as a home screen PWA on iPadOS. I’ve had this bug affect both the single column and multi-column layouts and I think it only affects one column at a time.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Use it for a while, I guess? I’m not really sure but my usage when the bug occurs involves scrolling through the feed, clicking posts to open their conversations, etc.
2. Leave the PWA and go back to the home screen. Do other stuff on the iPad for a few minutes.
3. Return to the PWA.

**Expected behavior**
Scrolling should still work normally and things shouldn’t disappear while still on screen.

**Additional context**
Apologies if this is already fixed in the dev branch. I also haven’t tested this extensively in regular Safari (not as a PWA) so I’m not sure if it would occur there too.
