The dot on the bell icon:
Use case:
Keep a tab of https://dev.phanpy.social/#/ running while reading through the timeline. Ocassionally load https://dev.phanpy.social/#/notifications from another tab using a Alfred/keyboard shortcut. The 1st tab's notification status doesn't go away.
