**Describe the bug**
Filters and Mutes only apply to either a Trending column or the Explore page when the instance is the same as the logged in account.

- Which instance: mstdn.social
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1. Navigate to Explore page under an instance different to your accounts, or create a Trending column and do the same thing.
2. See error
**Expected behaviour**
Filters and Mutes apply to Trending columns and Explore page across all selected instance.
