Add a sidebar on desktop

**Describe the bug**
It is annoying to switch between timelines

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the home timeline
2. Click on the top left hamburger menu
3. Click on the local timeline
4. Rinse and repeat

**Expected behavior**
I expect that on a desktop browser, I could look at a sidebar and switch more easily between timelines
