On the account page the instance domain is display in ASCII representation with xn--... instead of the UTF representation, making it unreadable to humans.
### To reproduce
1. Have some fediverse instance with non-ASCII characters in the domain
2. Go to the page of an account on that instance
3. The domain is always displayed in the ASCII representation using punycode
### Expected behavior

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by finding the account page code that renders the instance domain and inspect how hostnames are currently displayed; reproduce with süßetau.be. Done means non-ASCII instance domains appear in readable UTF form while ordinary domains remain correct.
