support for multiple accounts is not working

### Bug description

Phanpy currently supports switching between multiple accounts but once a fourth account is added the second added dissapears.

At first.

When the dissapeared account is again "added" it simply switches to it, without authorization , there are now four of them in all. When a fifth is added, one dissappears again. But this does not happen every time. It's almost impossible to have all accounts that were logged in listed. It's almost always one missing.

I tried on phanpy.social (2026.02.24.48b2cf7) and on my own self-hosted instance (2026.03.08.yc7qcmgdjbn). I'm using mostly mastodon instances and one gotosocial one. I tried loging in without gotosocial one but there's always one account missing - sometimes even when I add a second account already. It's hard to find a logic why it is not showing one more.
