Setting to remove Filter/Content Warnings

### Problem I have

I'm used to Twitter where I turned content warnings fully off. I want to see all content and I don't really care about any content warnings at all. A lot of people I follow use them and it's annoying me.

### Solution I'd like

There should be a setting (checkbox) that one can set to ignore content warnings so posts are always shown by default without anything hidden.
