Documentation: Automated update script for self-hosted instances

First of all, thank you for the amazing work on **Phanpy**. It’s a fantastic, lightweight client that I use and host personally.

Since Phanpy is a static application, many users (including myself) host it on standard Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu) using Nginx or Apache. To make maintenance easier, I’ve developed and documented a **Bash script that automates the update process** by monitoring the GitHub API for new stable releases.

I have published a detailed step-by-step guide on my technical wiki in both French and English. It covers the script creation, the version tracking, and the automation via Cron.
