Cannot paste ogg file

### Bug description

When I try to paste an OGG vorbis file into the compose form, Phanpy says that it's "not supported" and does not attach the file.

### To reproduce

1. Copy an OGG file from a file manager
2. Open Phanpy compose form
3. Paste

### Expected behavior

The file gets attached to the post

### Other

Pasting an MP3 file or a FLAC file the same way works fine. Attaching the same OGG file via the add media button works fine.
