Clicking & Dragging on image when in the 'Edit image description' view, duplicates the image

### Bug description

Clicking & Dragging on an image when in the 'Edit image description' view, duplicates the image.

### To reproduce

1. Open a new post view
2. Drag an image into the post
3. Click on image to open 'Edit image description'
4. Click and drag/wiggle a little on the image (I first noticed this when trying select text in an image)
5. Close the view by clicking 'Done' or using the 'X'
6. The image will have been duplicated

It's as if the click and drag movement is being interpreted as if it were a new image being dragged into the viewport.


### Expected behavior

Nothing! The image shouldn't be duplicated.
