"Reply all" menu breaks quick reply button on unfocused post

### Bug description
When trying to use the reply shortcut on an unfocused toot that would tag three or more accounts, instead of showing the reply all submenu, nothing happens.
### To reproduce
STR:
1. View a post that has a lot of replies.
2. Touch a post two or more reply levels deep (so it would trigger the new "reply all" submenu). The reply and favorite quick action buttons appear.
3. Touch the reply button. Nothing happens.
### Expected behavior
Reply composer comes up.
### Other
IMO, the new "reply all" menu is rather annoying even when it does work and it would be cool if the threshold were adjustable in settings.
