Add an option to keep emoji size (similar to font size setting)

It would be great to have an option to keep the emoji size, similar to how we can choose a font size.
Currently, I have to manually adjust the emoji size every time I use them, which is inconvenient.

### Solution I'd like

Add a setting to maintain emoji size.

This could work like a font size option, so users can choose whether to keep emojis at their original size or adjust them once globally.
