Accounts mentioned on profile direct to different accounts when logged out

### Bug description

When I’m logged out the links to other fediverse accounts on my profile are bringing up the wrong accounts.

### To reproduce

1. Go to https://phanpy.social/#/mastodon.me.uk/a/110655046379439688
2. Ensure you are logged out (I do not see this when logged in)
3. Click on either of the links at Social for personal blog [@coffeenow](https://mastodon.me.uk/@coffeenow)

### Expected behavior

Link shows the right profile.
