Compose window gets pre-filled with hashtags if hashtag column exists

### Bug description

This behavior seems to have been introduced with the latest release. I have a search column with various hashtags. When I compose a new toot, all the hashtags from that column are added to the textbox.

Tried to delete/recreate the hashtag column and completely clear all local storage, but this behavior can also be reproduced in an incognito window.

### To reproduce

1. Go to https://phanpy.social/ (incognito mode is fine), log in with your instance
2. Click on the menu button, "Shortcuts and Columns"
3. Select "Tab/menu bar" or "Multi-column"
4. Add new hashtag column: `fediGive fediGiveDe fedigive fedigive_de kleinanzeigen verschenken wish2hand wishtohand zuVerschenken`
5. Click compose icon in the lower right corner
6. Compose window contains all hashtags from the hashtag column.

### Expected behavior

Compose window should not contain hashtags by default for a new toot.
