### Bug description

When you visit the profile of someone who has blocked you, phanpy offers no visual indication that you are blocked, a profile without any posts is visually indistinguishable from one that has blocked you.

### To reproduce

1. be blocked by someone
2. go to their profile
3. no visual indication

### Expected behavior

idk, some kind of indication, personally I think it should just say "This account has blocked you", mastodon's web interface opts to be cryptic about it by disabling the follow button and saying "This profile isn't available", which would be ok too
